EASTER FELICITATIONS
The Vice Chancellor Plateau State University, Bokkos, Professor Matur Malau Benard on behalf of the Governing Council, Management,Senate,staff and students of the University felicitate with the Christian community of the University on the occasion of the Easter celebrations which commemorates the resurrection of Jesus from the dead.
Professor Matur while wishing the christian faithful a rewarding and memorable celebration urges them not to loose sight of the gains of the 40 days fasting, prayers and almsgiving which preceded the memorable feast of the resurrection which is the Hallmark of the christian religion.
Professor Matur is also urging the christian faithful of the University to use the period to pray for the realization of the vision of his management and for the peaceful and smooth transition of power to the incoming government and for sustainable peace in Bokkos, Plateau State and Nigeria.
All staff and students are to kindly note that the Federal Government has declared Friday, April 7th and Monday April 10,2023 as public holidays.
Normal work and lectures resume on Tuesday, April 11,2023.
